Opera Nights

We began live opera in 1993 with baritone/producer Robert W. Becker. Robert, a very talented singer, teacher and expert on opera history developed a talented list of performers for many years. The owner Terry Tarantino began to develop a format compatible for food, performers and audiences. This format has proven to be successful for 31 years. For the last 6 years Julie Gulenko soprano/producer has carried the opera torch began by Robert W. Becker. Julie, who has deep roots in the Ukrainian and Oberlin community has graced the room at La Dolce Vita with herself and many fabulous performers, incorporating the food and wine venue developed by the owner Terry Tarantino. To call this experience unique is an understatement, this evening is truly one of a kind!
